Support Groups

Our church’s ministries include support for those navigating life’s challenges. We are home to a number of support groups.

Alzheimer’s Coffee Chat
The Alzheimer Support Group, called Alzheimer’s Coffee Chat, is open to anyone who has questions, concerns or who cares for someone with Alzheimer’s. Meetings are confidential and informal. The group meets on the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 – 11:30 am in the Conference Room of the Church. Questions can be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association (266-8773) located at 2315 Bott Avenue in Colorado Springs.

AA Meetings:  Monday evenings at 6:30pm and Thursday mornings at 7:00am and 10:00am

The Al-Anon support group meets in the West Wing on Thursdays at 7:45 pm. For more information, go to

MOM’s Club
MOMS Club is a non-profit support group designed just for the at-home mother of today. A variety of activities for you and your children are showcased each month. Mom’s Club is the first, largest and fastest growing support group specifically for all at-home mothers. At-home mothers of any age children are welcome! Meetings are typically held the first Thursday of the month at 9:30 am in Otto Fellowship Hall. Yearly dues are $15 – 30. For more information please visit our website at

Overeaters Anonymous
A program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous.  Worldwide meetings and other tools provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope where members respect one another’s anonymity.  OA charges no dues or fees;  it is self-supporting through member contributions.   OA is not just about weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, or obesity or diets.  It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  We meet Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm in the Conference Room.  For more information on how to join this group, please go to

Staff Position Opening: Coordinator of Community Outreach
Broadmoor Community Church in Colorado Springs is receiving applications for a Coordinator of Community Outreach. This is a part-time (7 hours/week) staff position.
