About Megan

… Megan Tilma was officially introduced to Pilates at the University of Texas at Austin as part of her degree program for Theater and Dance, where she found that Pilates was not only a mindful practice, but one that eased her shoulder and knee pain.  Megan practiced Pilates for six years before obtaining her Mat Certification under STOTT PILATES.   She relocated to Colorado Springs with her husband and her ‘fur baby’ black lab.  She teaches at ReVibe Pilates & Bodywork and on Ft. Carson and is a member of the Pilates Coalition of Colorado Springs.  Megan originates from Texas and is a true Austinite at heart.  She loves the four seasons in Colorado Springs and feels she has been blessed by the amazingly supportive group of students who attend her classes.
